"A nice quiet hotel room within the terminal for an ideal location for a long layover to get some sleep. No need to clear immigration on your connections. Small but efficient clean rooms. Located in terminal 3 which you able able to transfer to without clearing immigration. "

"Staff and facilities were excellent and well informed. Very customer focused and personable. Facilities were clean although compact room space was well utilized. Stayed in a single room during an overnite layover and explored the Jewel. Nice coffee and sitting areas. "

"For my wife as she passed through for 18 hours. Bit pricey, but isn't everything in Singapore... suits transit and is better than buying long lounge time (they let all sorts of "rewards" into lounges now and they're absolutely packed). 18 hours inside the airport sleeping overnight... nahhhh... this is way better. Crowne Plaza ok but then you have to go out thru customs and get back in later. Depends on what suits you. They also toook the trouble to ring me in Oz for some details as wife doesn't speak English. "
