"We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. It is clean, conveniently located at terminal 3 of the Changi airport, and is next to the Jewel. When we checked in, the staff was very kind to give us an upgrade to our guest room. We were very happy to have the deck access to the swimming pool! The buffet breakfast (at extra cost) was nice and had a lot to offer. We like this hotel very much. It would be nice if we were provided with directions on how to get to the hotel in the email ahead of time. Even though we have stayed there many times, it was still a challenge for us to find our way through the multi-terminal airport at Changi to find this hotel. There was rarely any sign in the airport for Crowne Plaza hotel. We eventually found our way to the hotel using Google Map. "

"You have to get a room with a balcony, the rooms are very small and the outdoor space gives you twice the footage.. pool was great, location is perfect and the room was very clean. "
