Check in was very helpful and friendly but hotel was very run down and dirty. Not a RR standad quality. We got refund and went next door to a much nicer hotel.
Room was dirty and in terrible condition

Couldnt get a extra pillow cause front desk lady said they stoled them all
Property is very run-down. LARGE hole in window screen. Door bolt did not lock. Phone did not work. Requested extra pillows; never got them. Children running the halls until late at night. Busy interstate highway noise. The only good thing was the bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were pitiful. The gal at the desk on check-out was very nice. Man during check-in was not very friendly/welcoming. Booked 2 nights but left asap on the first morning. Couldn't wait to get out of this place. I neglected to read reviews upon booking - my bad.

The room was a nice size, but the floors clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. The staff were ok.
No one available at front desk for check in and phone number posted at desk was not answered for numerous attempts. Finally answered after approx 15 minutes
Property faces interstate highway heavy traffic noise all night. There was no elevator, had to take luggage up two floors. There is no room service, if you want clean towels have to take dirty towels to laundry yourself then you can take clean towels. Service is limited. Price was good but did not compare to other Red Roof hotels.
It is run down…reaks of smoke!!! Nothing like picture!!! Has no microwave in rooms…there is only one in lobby…..ac unit was hit and miss on running !!!! Carpet is coming up in hallways!! Needs a total rehaul!!!! Appears that he has ppl living there who are supposively cleaning the rooms..ours had leaves in the floor when we walked in and a layer of dust on the mirror!!!
Was over charged from what my email said, key didn't work, redo. TV didn't work redo, dirty towel and hangers-on on shower rod. Toilet paper stuffed in door view holes.
The rooms were dirty, with stained spreads (w/cigarette holes), pillows were pancakes. Our group had 2 rooms, supposedly the same, but only 1 had a coffee pot, microwave & trashcans. Curtains had holes, and carpets were buckled & stained. The clerk was rude when asked for additional towels. Room AC wasn't functional. We'll never stay at another Red Roof Inn. Ever!
No elevator to second floor, light bulb kept flickering in our room n no one came to fix it after reprting it. Need to have some perks (light breakfast) for travelers. Staff were friendly.
We canceled this due to the unclean, nasty, smelly, discussing place this is. The guy working the showed us a room that looked like someone had been sleeping in the bed already.. and that was the "clean" room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
