To begin with, I wasn't given the correct address for the unit. When we arrived we waisted time going up and down stairs trying to find the unit. I then had to call to be informed that we were staying in a different unit, not the address they gave me. We finally find our unit and walk into a very outdated, disgusting carpets, and not completely cleaned bathrooms. It was also very difficult to tell if the extra blankets were clean that were just thrown at the top of the closets. I can't believe I paid over $400 per night to stay in that unit! Would never recommend

Place was very dated and looks like the owner has put nothing into the property ever. Stains in carpet. No housekeeping service. Front desk help extremely limited. No crème & sugar for coffee. Run down and over priced at $200+ a night.

The building location was great. The view from the balcony was amazing. The front desk ladies were extremely nice and helpful. The condo was very dated, sofa bed was very uncomfortable. One of the sinks in the bathroom didn't drain. The wifi didn't work.

perfect mini getaway
We were pleased with the amenities we received. My only negative feedback is the extra charges hotels.com tacked on that were not charged by the hotel. It would be nice if the website gave choices for the quality of the room. This hotel offers bronze gold and platinum rooms. We were lucky and got gold. We were able to check in remotely and get a code for our room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Plenty of towels and good wifi.

Don't expect much if you book through Expedia
The location is very convenient to Winter Park Resort. We arrived early and basically, they refused to allow us to check in early because we booked with Expedia. We were told, they were short staffed and while there were empty rooms we could have, again... Expedia was the reason the front desk had their hands tied. In fact it wasn't until we were there almost 3 hours (watching Chiefs vs Titans) the lady told us, "Oh you can use the ammenities, I should have told you that earlier."

Cozy, comfortable family mountain get-away
Wonderful stay with the family over MLK weekend. Cozy and great location. Really appreciated the regular shuttle schedule to avoid parking at the mountain - extremely convenient. Board games in the lobby to use in cabin a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay. There was an issue about one of the twin beds was very uncomfortable because of the frame being bent. Thankfully we had the couch, but paid for 3 beds! Hopefully this will get the problem solved for the next guest. Thank you for allowing me to express my views.

We have stayed at Beaver Village many times. Prior experience was very good. Our last stay the unit was dated and not clean. Sink backed up when we ran the dishwasher, garbage disposal did not work so we had old food come up into the sink. Refrigerator was not working properly and didn't keep our food cold. Had to put our food outside to keep cold. Shower was not clean and had hair on the walls from previous guests. Pull out couch was full of food and was on the mattress when we opened it up. We actually wondered if it had been cleaned at all.

Great place to stay
We enjoyed Winter Park. I had tried Grand Lake and Grandby, but they were full. Winter Park was nice. Music and good food in town. Condo was nice and comfortable. Maybe clean the carpet, but everything else really nice. Grab extra towels when you check in. It's a little close to the main road, so a little noisy, but you cant see the road. We had a great time.

Bait and Switch - Watch Out!
When you book with Beaver Village you won't neccesarily get the condo you want. For us it was a classic bait and switch. They must have overbooked their main property, Beaver Village, which is a nice property. Upon check-in they put us at another property that was a dump.

I was moved to crestview because of a water and the new place did not have a balcony. The kitchen was very outdated. The rooms were so bright due to old blinds it was difficult to sleep past 6 when the sun came up

We enjoyed our stay at this property with a couple exceptions. Our toaster was broken and the toilet wasn't flushing correctly. We will stay here again, but will request a different unit. This property is convenient to both the town and slopes.
