The hotel was very nice, my only complaint is the housekeeping staff need to do better at cleaning. They didn’t clean our room, we had to ask them to come in and clean. It was clean when we got there.

Overall, this place was nice. The beds and pillows weren’t as comfortable as I’ve experienced in other hotels at a similar price range. Room was Clean. Outdoor pool very clean had a waterfall overall very nice area even a spot to barbeque if you wanted to bring some of your own food. Location was convenient close to Pizza Lab and Starbucks and the shopping hub of the Dells.

Everything was awesome, great outdoor pool for kids, tasty breakfast. Room was a little stuffy but able to open a window and air it out.

It is a tired property that needs some TLC. It was not dirty but need a thorough cleaning. Beds were comfortable. A reasonable price for the Dells. Breakfast okay although coffee tasted like instant through a machine.
