This property looks NOTHING like the online pictures. It was very worn down! The room was not clean and everything looked very old and worn out. When we used the bathroom we had roaches come out from under the toilet seat. There were bugs in the shower and we had absolutely zero water pressure. Everyone we worked with was very nice, but I took time to find people. No answer when we called the front desk and when we went down in the morning no one was at the front desk. We waited (along with several other guests) and finally she came in from the front smelling like she must have gone out for a cigarette or something. The “breakfast bar” was lukewarm coffee and some granola type breakfast bars. (No big complaints here, but the pictures showed bagels and muffins and other drinks besides coffee.)

Ok, so where to begin; I want to try and find something.... ANYTHING nice about this place. Got it! This place has a great location, and is close to local spots and the highway. The front desk staff was super nice and the check-in process was fast. the overall look of the room was fine for what it was and the price, but I am giving this place a one star for the following reasons: 1. ROACHES... this place has roaches and that is a non-starter for me, the moment I saw the roaches I immediately took everything out of this building. They also had "stink-bugs" but they only come around EVERYWHERE during so the fall so that's not on them. 2. Now to be fair (speculating) I think the reason for the roaches is because this ES (extended stay) has long-term residents that are here (subsidized by the government) as well as immigrants that live here permanently. And the children have been running non-stop for 6 hours until 2am...... and start right back up running at 9am and I understand this is something the hotel has no control over nothing says quality like having washed clothes spread out in the main lobby (again, this is a bad look for a hotel.....even though it's an issue with the customer) I would not recommend this place due to having roaches in it. This a older property and Marriott needs to invest some money to address the issues this place has.

All i can tell the public is this. That the room was so bad and unkept, that there were stains on the fridge, bathrooom and walls that i ask a friend of mine who was staying at a different hotel if my daughter can share a bed with her friend from soccer, just so she was able to sleep the night. If the room was lets say $50 a night i could completely understand why the condition of the room looked the way it did and i would have to accept it based on the cost. But the room was over $200 just for one night and it was a complete disaster. The Extended Stay should be ashamed to allow anyone to stay in that specific hotel. I blame myself at the end of day for trusting Extended Stay to provide a sanatary place to stay. I literally slept on the foldout chair with my clothes on because i did not want to lay on bed and just to throw salt on the womb when i went to shower there was a roach inside the bathroom. Sorry but i have never left a review in my life for any service but when you are looking for a place to stay with family i think people should no that the Extended Stay in Westborough on computer blvd needs to be renovated like yesterday

Not my first choice
The room did not meet my expectations. The refrigerator should not have been used by Extended Stay. It was physically stained (I believe that it was rust) and it was very loud. The bathroom lighting was dim and the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud.

When we first arrived we saw 2 cockroaches in our room. I hate insects but even if I didnt, nobody likes to see that during their stay. Luckily we didnt see any after. Inside hotel looked old and had odd smell. Otherwise no issues.

Checking in was asked what room we wanted. I said whatever is easier. Lady said well what floor because there are rooms on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. I said well how about first floor. Lady then puts me on 3rd floor. Get into room and open cabinet in kitchen area and roaches are running around. Bathroom was also very unclean. Would not recommend.

Property was is much disarray. Outside entry, lobby and room were dirty. Hallways smelled, room floors were filthy. Refrigerator was rusty and noisey. Family domestic assault occured right in front of us out in the parking lot involving a man with a hammer, police called. This facility is in much need of repair. Staff was nice but would not stay there again.

The staff here are wonderful however the hotel is absolutely disgusting. The carpet was dirty and stained. The walls are filthy. The bed had hair everywhere and there were bugs in the room.
