It was okay. Nothing fancy about it. The breakfast was not so great. They mistakenly charged my credit card, even though everything was paid for. Still in the process of recovery that amount. It’s not value for money.

First, the positives: The hotel has clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. All lighting, electronics, and bathroom fixtures worked, although the toilet seat was a little loose. There was plenty of parking (which is increasingly a problem at many hotels). However, I-290 runs right by the hotel. I was on the highway side of the building, and the road noise was probably the worst that I have ever experienced. I was able to sleep through it, but others might be bothered by it. I wanted get ice but could not find the machines. I had to ask the front desk since there was no information in the room explaining where to find it. If you are fan of bar soap, you might want to avoid this hotel. There was none in the room so I again asked at the front desk. I was told that the hotel did not have any bar soap; they have completely switched over to body wash. Finally, there was no one at the front desk both times I asked for information, and there was no bell or other signaling device to get their attention. I had to yell toward the back room. In short, the hotel was mostly okay, but irritations like the above are worse when you’re tired an just want to relax.

I was impressed by the surprised welcome when I entered my room. There was a gift bag filled with goodies waiting for me by the TV with a thank you note. They also served a healthy breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to enjoy my stay.

Decaf Coffee, not--NO SLEEP!!! Be Careful!!!
Unfortunately the "Decaf" coffee in the breakfast area was NOT decaf and I had it in the evening so didn't sleep a wink all night. AWFUL!!!!!
