We enjoyed our stay. Shout out to Carmen who was very helpful, friendly, and energetic running the front desk. The mattresses need to be replaced as they were sagging in the middle. Otherwise the room was more than adequate.

The bed was very soft, the room furniture and lighting well designed and useful. My only real complaint is the daily texts asking how my stay was - when I mentioned the falling apart (literally in shreds) sheer curtains and the wrinkled top to the ironing board I got dismissive responses. It doesn't take much effort to be pleasant vs the bad feeling the opposite causes.

Auburn Stay
Good Staff, Rear door to hotel was unsecured the entire stay. No key card was needed. The front deck did not have change for the coin operated laundry. Had to travel to local store to get change. The pillows were soft and uncomfortable. Good location to everything in Auburn.

It was decent HOWEVER they decided to do demolition & construction in the room NEXT TO MINE at 8am on Sunday and it continued for hours. That same day the fire alarm went off due to a computer glitch & the hotel was evacuated for almost an hour in the rain. Then the cable was super glitchy the rest of the night. Got to sleep and the alarm went off again waking me up. Hotel staff said contact Hotels.com for refund. Hotels.com said cuz I checked out & to call the hotel. 2 days later I was offer a $75 refund after spending $420 for a hotel room I wasn't able to sleep in. HORRIBLE

The staff at the front desk were super nice. The hallways and exercise room were really hot and the water dispenser was empty and never refilled. The accommodations were decent for the price but just seems outdated.
