"This is a lovely hotel very welcoming from the start. We were checked in by Ishi who was friendly and extremely helpful as we're all the staff. The room was very clean and fresh and the bed extremely comfortable. The food was delicious both for the evening meal and the breakfast. Very good value as well. There had been lots of work done here recently and some more to finish all being done to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend staying here very good value indeed. "

"The house was nice but the cleaning left a lot to be desired there were broken blinds hanging of windows But must disappointing was the outside area the grass hadn’t been cut this year the advertised jacuzzi was a small deflated lazy boy filled with nearly a foot of rain water the BBQ was in a garage that was not accessible as the door was broken we have photographs of all these complaints We were extremely disappointed and when we tried to complain to both the host and Vrbo we were ignored until we put review on your web site we would like someone to contact us to discuss this matter further"
