Older hotel. Rooms are clean and neat, but the building is old. The staff is awesome, friendly, professional. You’re staying in a quiet remote part of Wyoming with natural hot springs, which are right next to resort. You can walk tree lined sidewalks to soak. The hotel has its own large naturally fed hot tub.

Great value, just right!
The hotel is older, but well kept. Easy check in, friendly staff, and good location for walking to everything. Our room was clean, quiet, and had comfy beds. We ate dinner in the Safari Club and had a nice meal and drinks. Not a fancy place, just a good place for a good price.

I liked the history and pictures lining the walls. The staff was very friendly. I did not go into the restaurant so no opinion there. Bed was comfortable. The rooms are older and I believe they are under construction.. but the bath counter and toilet were really low… and the toilet felt like it was coming out of the wall everytime I sat down. It did not have a traditional base to it. Shower components are old and the shower did not work properly

This was a great hotel in a nice location. Enjoyed the nice hot pool soak after a long day driving. The Safari Room Restaurant - interesting decor and great food & service. Close to the public park and hot springs. Room had a fantastic bed and pillows that matched perfectly to the mattress. I had a great sleep. The full buffet breakfast was a nice surprise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
