Hate to say we were disappointed with our room. Other reviews seemed to rave about being remodeled and very clean, but our room must not have been done yet. Easy chair upholstery was torn and dirty looking, bedding looked dingy but appeared clean (thank goodness), wallpaper was coming away at seams. Very surprised at a Hilton property.

The Hampton Inn was very nice, but the room we had was right inside one of the side doors and we heard the door slam constantly, even late at night.

The room was good but there were issues with the TV. We had time to watch tv but couldn’t and we asked and the front desk wasn’t knowledgeable about the issue. I told them when again when we checked Out they didn’t seem to care. Very sad. 😞

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Rooms are small. No room between the desk and bed. No housekeeping ever came for trash or to give new towels or make beds. We were there three days.
