I will never go back ! Sheets were stained a bed bug bite me and my daughter. Broken toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. Harris &Walz sticker on the wall! Spiders and cobwebs everywhere like the place hasnt been cleaned in years. Everything was old and outdated . Pool looked clean from afar then once you got close can see brown goop floating around. Hot tub didnt work I wasnt surprised .I checked into the Hilton and checked out of this place within the 1st 3-4 hrs . Price not worth it! Dont bother going to this place! I'm warning you. Staff hanging around like theres no work to be done ! As i was leaving an older couple was telling me how the room they rented wasnt even clean! They were giventhe key card and the room was filthy!!!!

Mostly good. Compared to the other Holiday Inn properties we stayed in (3) on our trip this was our least favorite. Broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom, no blackout shade on the window, mold in the shower. Reading light broken, no grab bars where they are needed. The other hotels were great, this was a disappointment and the rate was higher.

We first got into our room, it smelled awful, but we had to leave for an event. We got back 3 hours later and it was worse. I went to unpack and noticed on the ceiling and running down the wall was black mold. Also, the shower was dripping constantly. We went to the front desk and she was gracious enough to move us. In that room it was better, but when we got up the next morning, we noticed there was black mold all around the base of the shower. My husband said the faucet was dripping all night long and had to put a towel down to buffer the sound.
