Great Staff and all that you need!

The room was great and the hotel staff was amazing!!!! We loved our flatbread at the restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful glass of wine at the bar. The bartender was great too. Loved having the convenience of a Starbucks as well. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the lighting in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was outstanding!!!

Dated and not clean

The room itself was dated and not clean. There was some small debris on the carpet, the sheets appeared to not have been changed from the previous guest, and there was mold growing in the shower. Did not meet expectations for the level of stars and other previous reviews.

Requested a 'street side' King Suite room. This was accommodated per my reservation. Cindy is a great host, the parking spaces are well lit, nice food options within walking distance, wonderful theatre next door! Poor Starbucks.

It was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly! Loved that it has a Starbucks in the hotel. It was close to the theatre where we had tickets for a concert. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel but understaffed

House keeping did not visit our room either day so we had to call for fresh towels twice and for them to take away a pile of used towels. They said we had the "do not disturb" on the door...not true. It was hanging on the closet door the whole time. It took an hour to get towels both times we called. It seemed like they were understaffed. Nice hotel overall though.
