"I was at the hotel for the Flying Pig Half-Marathon and the hotel's entire computer system went down. The staff did everything humanly possible to help everyone and make our stay enjoyable, despite their stress they were all kind and willing to go above and beyond for their guests. "

"We stayed here and walked to the Great American Ballpark. It was a great location. Just a 10 minute walk! The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only wish was that they have built in charging ports in the room, so don’t forget your charging block! "
