Very nice, recently renovated hotel just off I95. The personnel were very helpful, the self parking is easy, the rooms well appointed, and there are good restaurants nearby. A full breakfast is included. Downtown Newburyport is an easy 15 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again.

If you park by the back foot nearest rm 101, trash and cigarette butts, screws in the parking area. Excellent stay other than that. Very clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

Wouldn’t be my first choice
This hotel was clean but a bit outdated. I booked as a woman traveling alone and was placed on first floor which I don’t like for safety purposes. Was also given handicap room with roll in shower causing water to splash under shower curtain making floor wet and slippery. I would stay there again but would not be my first choice. Staff were excellent

The beds/pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice, quiet stay. One thing to note for people with sensitivities to smell is that the odor of cleaning agents/Febreeze-like products was incredibly pronounced on the first floor. Also, each time we opened the door to our room, there was a musky smell in the room. However, this was preferable to the pervasive cleaning agent smell around the reception area/hallway of the first floor. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. The staff was kind. The continental breakfast had thoughtful options for people with food sensitivities and preferences, which we appreciated.

The property looked like it has been shut down for a few years lol. I think they are upgrading and thats good because the outsode property looks bad.

There were no room key cards, the machine was broken, so staff had to take us to our rooms each time. This went on for the three days we were there. I would think they would have called in help so the wait would have been shorter, but there was only one person working at the time. Also for the breakfast all three days the same old fruit was offered. There was no fresh fruit.
