Beautiful hotel, 4-star experience. Overall a great 4-night stay and I would have given a 4.5-star rating if it hadn’t been for some minor things, but paying attention to the details makes a difference. For example, - front desk staff didn’t show empathy when I couldn’t get the room upgrade as per my status - front desk staff didn’t know any info about NYE event - not enough luggage carts - bathroom sink drain was clogged - hand and face towels were great but bath towel was thin and small These were minor things and overall we enjoyed our stay. Here are a few travel tips: - if you don’t get a park view view, you can view the Disney fireworks on roof top or top of the parking garage - we found Uber/Lift to be more convenient for going to Disney - great mini fridge but no microwave - nothing available within walking distance but lots within a short drive - overall a great choice for Anaheim area and a beautiful hotel

Really enjoyed this hotel. Clean, well maintained, comfortable, with lots of personality in the decoration. You can see the fireworks from the room window, that was an awesome treat! A/c worked well. Staff throughout the entire facility was very attentive and eager to help. They seemed to have that disney hotel customer service. Would love to come back!

Nice stay!
This is my second time staying here and it is our favorite hotel when we come to Disneyland. My little family and I enjoy the clean and nice rooms. The shuttle to the parks is a plus for us! We park and don’t have to drive for our stay. We know as soon as we arrive we will just relax and enjoy the vacation!

Pretty good. Not spectacular
A/C did not work in first room and barely worked in second. We were graciously offered to switch rooms but the second room wasn’t much better. Cleanliness- a lot of hair around in bathroom and closet. Rooms are nice and well updated. Overall it was a good stay despite the two minor details.

I recently stayed at The Viv and had a mostly positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained overall, but there were some signs of wear and tear. For example, the LED light around the mirror in our bathroom kept flickering because it was dying, which was a bit annoying. Despite this, the stay was comfortable, and the service made up for the minor inconveniences.

Good area, close to Disneyland. Nice size room that accommodates a family of 5. Rooms are well kept and clean. I didnt like how expensive parking was.
