Night staff can use improvement. Greating and runners. Asked for a pull away bed. Got a bed with no bedding. Had to call again for bedding, received mattress cover 2 pillows, 20 pillow cases and 15 hand towels. Gave up after the second call.

I tried this hotel for the first time with my family for a Disney vacation. I really enjoyed and appreciated the modern decor and vibe of the hotel. From chill electronica playing overhead to the cool art and architectural features to the Disney touches. The view overlooks both Disney parks and you get a private view of the nightly fireworks. The rooftop access is quite nice with an excellent view. Areas of improvement: a bell hop checked us in and didn’t really know how to use the system, the Valencia restaurant served under seasoned penne pasta and a burger with zero condiments at a luxury price point, and housekeeping was not very thorough and left one bed unmade and didn’t replace some toiletries. This place has a lot of potential but didn’t execute at a high level. Overall, we really liked our stay and may return in the future.

Great hotel!

Stayed one night for a disney event, but the one night displayed great customer service, cleanliness and location. the hotel and the room was a good size and very clean. great location and the customer service was very good. There were employees that greeted you even when they were done with work, as they were going home for the day. Looking forward to staying here again, thank you!

Hotel is clean and close by to the park and other restaurants and bars. I recommended it. Service was great and love the rooftop bar and pool. You can get a great view of the park.
