In the winter, the air in hotel rooms is often overheated and dry. Not so at the Ramada Fremont, room was clean and air quality was excellent. Everything was excellent although outside trash receptacle was overflowing. I will be returning:<)

My family and I booked a night at a Hotels.com at the Radisson in Angola, Indiana. I woke up to itching. I went to the restroom and when I came back to the bed and saw the bedbugs crawling in the bed and on pillow.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room decor was well worn and appeared dingy. The room seriously needed an update… especially carpet and entire bathroom! The wall mirror was full of smear and print marks. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and water pressure was decent. I did appreciate and enjoyed the included breakfast. I most likely will not stay there again unless the rooms are updated.

Nice area off the highway with outdoor adventures. There is a pool and breakfast. We have stayed here before this trip and will stay here again in the future.

Double billing
Due to an error on Hotels.com two rooms were reserved and billed. Front desk refused to help. When I checked out, I said if I'm stuck paying for two rooms, I want a receipt for two rooms, I got one listing only one room and I paid zero. I called both Hotels.com and the hotel and received nothing but a run around. Thank God my bank got the money back on one room. Just be careful if you stay there.

More water went to the bathtub than the shower so I gave up taking a shower. Bottom of shower curtain was yucky anyway. People who worked at front desk very nice.

The service was good. The room could have been a little cleaner and the bathroom was primitive. There wasn't any breakfast meat. The room was supposed to be smoke free and I was kept awake all night by the smell of cigarettes which I am allergic to causing me sinus and respiratory distress.
