The hotel was okay and had some highlights like laundry and workout room, as well as, the lobby. Had to ring for staff each time I went up. Parking and getting in and out needs work. Noisy outside the door and kids running or people talk were easily heard as well as the movement of those above.
We stayed 1 night for OKWU graduation. It was clean, comfortable, nothing fancy. The continental breakfast was just granola bars, packaged small muffins, and instant oatmeal packets and coffee. There is an IHOP next door and an authentic Mexican restaurant right in front of the hotel. The food at the mexican restaurant was so good!

The bedcovers were too thin and the pillows had no support. We were told there was no extra pillows even though there were several empty rooms. The check-in clerk was very rude and refused to cancel our room and refund money even though we had only been there for 30 minutes.
It was a nice stay. We also stayed last October. You may want to corner clean better in the bathrooms.
We will stay again. Thank you!

Not a restful experience.
I was put in a room rice across from the back room behind the office. The night person kept slamming the big heavy door. I ended up not being able to sleep and left around 1AM to drive all the way back home. I literally was in the room for less than 8 hours.
