Taylor was very kind and friendly upon check in. Beds were great, plenty of towels. If you need extra quiet, ask for a room in the back, or be prepared to use your in room fan to somewhat silence the Xpressway traffic. Hot tub was nice and warm. Thank you.

The rating, price and location is what attracted me to book a room here. The carpet was stained, the curtains were stained, the freezer did not work in our room, there was a TV in room but there was no cable service or streaming options. Cockroach was also found in the bathroom. Never again will I stay here.

Bed was very comfortable. The pillows were very nice. They have a black makeup towel that is microfiber and it is amazing. The shower has been redone. It's tile. It's really nice. It does leak on the floor though, which is pretty common for hotels. You're going to want to put a towel by the toilet when you shower. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was very nice. Smelled good. Bathroom fan worked. The heat worked well in the room. TV didn't have a lot of channels but I wasn't there to watch TV anyway. The hot tub was only like 2 ft deep which is not very deep so I didn't go in there but it looked like it was clean. Good prices on their snack machines, the front desk lady broke a 20 for me so I could use it which was nice. Front desk people were very nice,they were excited for their new office chairs. The location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The Host greeted me upon arrival and quickly completed the check-in. He was friendly and efficient. Our suite in the 3rd floor is large and very clean. There are multiple lights, making the rooms feel cozy and useful. Every aspect of the suite has been updated. This is great for our stay in Bismarck.
