Service was great, housekeepers were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the wifi, the entire duration it was difficult to connect to and when connected, it had no speed to do simple browsing otherwise all else was good.

Excellent Service! Decent hotel.
This is not the most glamorous hotel. The rooms are fairly simple and not newly renovated. The furniture shows its age. The bed was very firm. But everything was very clean. The best part is the staff and service. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with my special requests. The location in proximity to the highway and getting around the Anaheim area was perfect. For the price, this is a great value hotel option.
