Our stay was good, the room was really clean. I was worried it would be cold in our room since it is motel style and it was -30 while we were there but I was wrong our room was toasty warm. Check in was smooth and friendly. We will stay again if in the area

Charged without authorization

I was charged on my credit card the day we were suppose to check in but I had signed up for pay at site. So they charged me before it was even check in time and before we even got there. Also it would’ve been nice to have the option to be able to pay with debt card but they only accept credit cards.

The hotel did not have shampoo or conditioner available in the room, only body wash. So we had to go out and buy our own. Which we’ve never had to do at a hotel before!

not bad. just average. but could be better. washroom doorknob was not properly installed, drawers are dusty inside and outside.. you can here tenants noise from other rooms. some utensils are rusty. AC/Heater machine is kinda loud. But staff were very helpful and polite.

I’ve booked a room for my bday and did not expect that our room had a mini kitchen. I was able to cook and prepare drinks in the kitchen without hassle. The room is so neat and the beds are comfortable to sleep.
