Rented the nicer room with the jacuzzi. (Notes )the property was under remodel so it might have been that. Room was nice had two rooms first was small kitchen area with microwave and small refrigerator then a kitchen table for a setting for three people then a small living room area with a couch, chair tv. Go into next room a large king bed then the jacuzzi which worked amazing. My issue was I notice things. All surface areas were clean but you could see a drink was spilled on the night stand area and it got the wall and they didn’t clean that it was like that in the kitchen area as well on the walls. I understand the maids only get a certain amount of time to clean but in some cases if things are notice they should be allowed longer. Then the bed if you like an extra firm bed this is your place. I couldn’t sleep on it I was on the chair most of the night. This is a king bed and it only had three small pillows so if you are a pillow person it would be best to bring your own.

Hard to find the reception. Alarm was on in the room. Disturbed my quality sleep needed for the rest of the vacation. Breakfast is not worth if ur Asian since I don’t eat pork or sausage. Disappointed.

First, when we got there the sheets are dirty but we didn’t complain. I don’t know if they really changed it. It has obvious dirt on the top sheet. Checking in was smooth. Our 2nd night was terrible. The receptionist called us saying that there was a complain about the noise and we have to keep it low or else they will call security. It’s as if we are prisoners and guests who went there for free. They concluded right away that it was coming from us. It was just the 3 of us with a preschooler. We were not banging or anything we were just talking and normally laughing. And so, after few minutes the security really came up and knocked which we were really shocked! That was the first time it happened in a hotel. The security said a hotel guest is complaining about a child noise and take note it was just 7pm! They should’ve told us that there is a restriction or could’ve told the other guest that it’s too early. It is not a child or family friendly hotel much more like hotel for casino players. They should restrict children in that hotel in the first place. It feels like we were staying in a library. I talked to the receptionist when we checked out and it seems he didn’t care about what guests have to say. I just booked the place because I thought it is part of South Lake Tahoe but never booking this place again.

hotel is under renovation, none of the amenities are proper. for breakfast, coupons were given, and you have to walk across smoking zone in the casino for the restaurant. overall worst experience and there are better options available for same price in the neighborhood.

The staff can use customer services classes. I felt I could not ask for anything to the front receptionist because when I did, she would answer in a very rude way. I stayed for 3 nights, and no room cleaning was available. The trash cans were very small, so our trash piled up super-fast and there were no trash bags and when I ask the receptionist for more, she was rude about it. The room was dusty.

Terrible experience here. The toilet seat was not clean. The room service comes on 3rd day on request and we were there for only two days. The breakfast in NOT CONTINENTAL. There were 4 breakfast options given and 3 were non-vegetarian options so not good for our vegetarian family. They could have at-least given some continental options like yogurt, bakery etc. The access to breakfast restaurant was through smoke filled casino lobby so we were worried accessing and sitting in that place for too long with our child. Not a family friendly breakfast place. They are undergoing renovation so access to restaurant, main lobby, room service is bad.
