"I found the decor to be tired, especially in my bedroom, but the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and every single member of staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The TV in my room didn't work, but I was offered a drink drink voucher as recompense. The food was lovely. The views were amazing, although the Geese did keep me awake."

"I was not looking forwards to my stay. My health has taken a turn for the worst. I wanted to go to Old Trafford one last time. The staff were incredible. They made it a fantastic weekend. I even got a birthday card, which for someone my age was a good laugh 😃. A nice touch. The walk to my seat in Old Trafford was just minutes away and even though my legs done skip along 😂 like they used to do i managed to be in my seat in plenty of time. Its been the same seat for 25 years. As Arnie said "i'll be back"."
