Springs visit
We just needed a hotel near the Springs. While the bed was comfy it was squeaky. The room was spacious and quiet but needs maintenance. The shower head was coming off, the towel rail loose, a light didn’t work and the microwave oven wiring was sporadic - I had to hold the cord to get it to come on

Clean and overall not bad for the price.
Overall it was a decent place to stay. Room was not ready at the time of check-in. Not a major issue for us, but could be for others. The main area of thw room was renovated with vinyl flooring. Bathroom was not, but clean. Shower head could be cleaner or replaced.

Okay, but I’ve had a better room at this location.
I asked for a ground floor room with two beds due to a back injury. They put me in a room with two beds. The outlet by the sink, for the hairdryer, did not work. The hot water for the shower and the sink was a hit and miss…it did not get hot, just lukewarm. The shower head that came out of the wall was broken and light came through (photo attached).

The hotel guest sitting in their car with parking lights on for hours smoking marijuana with the radio on was slightly creepy. Toliet wouldn't flush properly. The hotel check in was odd...had me under wrong name...like completely not my name but all my information. Front desk clerk at check in was good and she was helpful.

This hotel has seen better days. The Expedia reviews had to been made by family and friends. Overpriced for what it is. Thinking of booking this property three words of advice: Don’t do it.

The Expedia website says 2 pm check-in. I arrived a few minutes after 2 pm. Was told the check in is actually 3 pm and I would have to wait. That sucked. They were aware of the discrepancy but wasnt too concerned. I mean, I know rooms have to be cleaned but the hotel didnt seem to have full occupency so one phone call to housekeeping was too much to ask for I guess. Disappointed right from the get go..

All of the attendants were very nice, especially the front desk clerks. Breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was mediocre at best. The place could use some tlc and a few updates but it was clean.

I liked the property being located near fast food and dine-in restaurants. Also a grocery store, gas station and the intersection of Highway 129 were near by. I dis-liked the constant traffic noise from Highway 19, especially the emergency vehicles with lights and siren. The walls must be extra thin because I felt like I should have joined in on the conversations outside the room.
