Front desk person was so kind, friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his professionalism and warm manner when checking in after a long drive. The breakfast staff was on the ball, cleaning, prepping and greeting everyone warmly. The hot tub was lovely.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable, we all woke up with our necks and backs hurting. The staff was very friendly and the motel was clean. I wish breakfast went a little later than 9am

Third year we have stayed here on our way to Florida. Nice clean facility with several dining options in the area. Most of all - friendly and helpful staff. Plan to stay next year!

The beds were very comfortable. The host for breakfast was amazing and the AM front desk associate was very friendly. Checking in was not pleasant. The front desk associate was very rude and unfriendly. We went to our room and noticed we didn’t have a remote for the tv. We called the front desk. She told us to come get a new one. She gave us two. Neither one worked. She said, “Oh, I’ll have someone fix it tomorrow”….

This hotel is clean but it is loud. You can hear every door slam, walking, talking and rolling items in the hall. We heard the alarm clock in the next room. Its just not a quite place. A few of the staff were amazing. Head maint.person was quick to fix our broken microwave & the chef/breakfest server was polite & kind every morning! BUT not the case with the front clerks. I was not greeted when I arrived for check in. Waited aprox 5 mins before i was direcrly spoken to and the first statement was: Name? I will add that that same staff member was very helpful the next morning!The night clerk (1st night) was absolutly horrible!!! He posesses zero customer service skills. We had an issue with barking dogs on our floor that woke us up. Went on for 25 mins. The clerk should have advised us as to how he was handling the situation (we were not the only ones to complain, it effected quite a few that night). Instead, thing like: Go back to your room, i dont have to talk with you, I have guest at the front desk, what am i suppose to do, and go back to your room or i will lock your room card, call the cop and have you removed. Never have we been threatened for requesting a solution to a noise problem so we could sleep at a hotel we were paying for. The next morning the manager was contacted & we were offered compensation for the night.
