I have a horrible experience with the security staff because my wife forgot her id we showed a picture in her phone and they told us no so we have to drive back on a rain day for about 3 hours so I will never Como back to that place again now I hope they give me a Reinversment like the manager told us it was 12-24 -2024 about 3:00 to 4:00 pm

The casino/hotel is good. However, it was not mentioned that there is no servicing of the rooms at all unless you stay more than 3 nights. You can call housekeeping if you need more towels, coffee etc but there is no mention of this anywhere in the room or when you check in. Also I thought that you paid at the hotel when you arrived but they charged for one night at the time I made the reservation a month ahead of my arrival.

Love the instant hot water in the bathroom and shower!!! The motion sensor lights under the end tables next to the bed were a very nice touch. The room did have water damage to the bathroom door. Bathroom could use an upgrade
