The rooms are tiny and you can hear your neighbors. But everything is upgraded, clean and nice. The bed is comfortable. All I needed was a room to sleep in so it worked out well.

For a budget hotel (among the cheapest in Cortez) it was acceptable. The previous occupant of my room had an extremely hairy dog and the carpet was not vacuumed well, if at all. A couple of minutes using my foot to ball up all the hair and toss it helped with the ick-factor. Everything else seemed clean in the room. I'd consider staying again but would certainly inspect the room better before moving in.

great place to crash just outside of Mesa Verde NP the outdoor pool and hot tub looked very nice, but I arrived too late room was very spacious for the price
