Beware - they charge a daily rate for parking w/out mentioning it beforehand. They require a credit card for “incidentals” and then charge you the $10 per day fee without your knowledge until you leave and it appears as an additional expense.

Not pet friendly
Booked this room off of Hotels.com because it came up as pet-friendly. When I checked in, the man at the desk said "Oh, we don't take pets...especially not cats!". I tried to explain that it had said this hotel was pet-friendly and was there any way to work something out or get a refund. He cancelled my reservation and said I would have to get the refund through the third party. I totally understand that but he was condescending and really didn't try to help me figure out a solution. I ended up at the Hilton instead!

Great stay
Beautiful hotel. I appreciate that they have a parking garage with elevators directly to the hotel. It made everything so smooth and I felt safe leaving my car there. Service was wonderful, the room was great and the view was gorgeous. I was a little disappointed considering my room pictures showed a balcony but we did not end up getting one. I was surprised by the terrace on the 4th floor however. It was a nice place to hang out.

Wonderful hotel in downtown!
Came to Corvallis for a college tour at OSU. Courtyard was perfectly located. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially in regards to OSU. They gave us a top floor overlooking the town and the college. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and activities. The hotel restaurant was wonderful too. Had great food, served Starbucks and perfect opened early, closed late.

I stay here whenever I come to Corvallis for work. It is in a convenient location and is walking distance to restaurants. The hotel and property is very clean and safe. The rooms are nice sized and the built in desk in your room is perfect if you are traveling for work. I always get a good nights sleep as the beds are very comfortable.

Best Hotel in Corvallis
We stayed here for family weekend, and it is definitely the best hotel in Corvallis. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were professional and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.
