Clean and quiet room, comfortable overall. SECURITY, however, not satisfactory. Our room (379?) adjoined another that was set as a meeting room. There was no bolt lock on our side, just one on the meeting room side, which meant we couldn’t adequately secure our room from our side. We advised the front desk the morning following, so the matter may have now been resolved.

Everything was perfect. They can make one improvement, however. They charged for a breakfast buffet which was only slightly better than other hotels that include breakfast for free. While I was eating there was only my husband and myself and one other person in the breakfast area. They had to be losing money on all the food they laid out. Perhaps if they charged $5 more per room and included the breakfast for free it would work out better for everyone.

Great mattress & pillows. Helpful front desk staff. Needed another blanket for winter. Housekeeping didn’t replace coffee on Day 2 and had to call twice to replace towels even though we opted for no housekeeping service, other than towel change. Heated, clean pool. Great fitness equipment but stairs down to fitness center are very dirty. Short staffed in restaurant. A return visit for us.

the maintenance man came to my room 3 times to fix my TV and it still was not fixed. Also there were some very small ants in the room
