"I booked a 4-night stay at this hotel at the last minute, and I'm so I did! The hotel is within walking distance to the subway, there's a convenience store across the street, and the front desk staff are so helpful. My room was spacious, it was cleaned regularly, and water, tea, and towels were replenished regularly. I read some reviews about an odd smell coming from the bathroom, but I never had that issue. If I ever come back to Seoul, I would absolutely book here again!"

"This hotel is hands-down my favorite place to stay in Seoul. Every time I visit the city, I check availability here before considering any other hotel. The rooms are clean, quiet, and somehow I always get a room with a view of Namsan Tower. Waking up to that view never gets old. I also love starting my day with a workout in their fitness studio—it’s well-equipped and a great way to stay on track while traveling. The buffet is top-notch, with an impressive selection, although quite a bit pricey. I wish they offer a la carte and better cappuccino. Too bad my son and I aren’t big eaters, we usually skip it and opt for in-room dining when we want to relax or most of time we just go out. The room service has always been prompt and delicious. The location is incredibly convenient—there’s a subway station right outside the hotel, cafes just across the street, and around the corner by the stadium, I recently discovered a fantastic new brunch spot (wish I’d found it sooner!). Taxis are super inexpensive so we used Uber a lot. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to recognize returning guests more personally—like remembering room preferences and maybe buffer voucher? Since I come here every year, it would be a nice touch. Overall, this hotel makes every Seoul trip feel easy, cozy, and comfortable. I’ll definitely keep coming back!"

"Had a lovely stay. Room was great. Took ages to get to the hotel from the airport in the morning due to traffic and we were unable to have an early check in, so we had to wait until 3pm to get into our room after a very long journey. We were inconvenienced when we were unable to get the shuttle back to the airport during early hours and the trains didn’t run until later than we needed, so had to pay for a private taxi which wasn’t cheap. Other than transfers, this was an ideal stay."

"Very spacious room for my family of 3. Subway station is below the hotel and steps from nighttime shopping in Dongdaemun. Bus stop to Hannam and Gangnam is across the street. 10-minute walk to Gwangjang Market. Will definitely stay here again."
