The staff were friendly and the breakfast quite good. It’s nice to have a restaurant right in the hotel. Our room was shabby and they are poorly sound proofed. For a one night stay it was adequate.

No heat !!!!

I have stayed at this hotel about 8 different times. My room was on the third floor. King size bed. I walked in and tried to adjust the heater as it was cold and the thermostat was blank. Called desk to find out how the heater works and was told it was automatic and that it could not be adjusted. I kept waiting for the heat to come on. Nope. Fell asleep and when I woke in middle of night it was too late for me to switch rooms. In the morning i wanted to take a hot shower to warm up and there was no hot water. I was told that someone would contact me to resolve my issue and I have not received a call yet. This was my worst experience at this hotel. Normally its a fine stay. Very cold and frustrating experience.

Save yourself the misery and go elsewhere

Let me start out by saying that the staff was friendly, but that’s the only “good” that came from our stay. The room was nothing like it was portrayed on the internet. It was extremely outdated and absolutely filthy. There were sticky spots, trash, and dirt all over the floors. The bathroom curtain rod wasn’t even put up properly so the curtain constantly kept sliding to the middle. There was water damage throughout the entire room. The tv didn’t work at all. The water wouldn’t warm up. The beds were stiff as a board. It was terrible.

Just an average hotel. The elevator works when it wants to work. My hot tub did not work in my room. The jets did not turn on. The daytime front desk lady was nice. The nighttime guy seemed aggravated and didn’t seem like he wanted to help with any of my questions. My stay was average.
