Don't they do room service anymore?

When I get to my room I want the TV and the remote to work. I don't want to have to call the front desk, especially when no one answers. Thankfully, someone was at the front desk when I went down to report the problems with the TV, and the problems were resolved quickly. No one touched my room during my four night stay, which isn't critical since I keep things tidy, but someone should at least replenish the coffee packets in the room. I was provided with an extra blanket when I asked for one, since the ac/heater in the room did not heat up, but one extra blanket wasn't enough to make really me comfortable on what were some cool nights. I liked that the room has a table and places to put my clothes, and the TV has a good selection of channels. The location on Encinitas Blvd is convenient. My wake up call succeeded.

I don't agree with the change of policy for the property. It's extremely unreasonable for the times that we're in and I hope the owners of the property realize that. Other then that,the staff at the front desk are very friendly,and patient as well. I can't say enough good things about Chantel andJuan. They really go above and beyond for the guest there and they should be acknowledged for their customer service.

Great Location, Comfortable Room

I had a two-room suite with a separate living room with a sofa bed. This was quite comfortable for an extended stay. I really enjoyed the area and the motel has an excellent location.
