The front desk women seemed annoyed with any of my questions, sighing when I asked something simple. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it and there was an attempt to cover the odor. When I went to pull out the pull out couch, there was a bra and finger paint in it. The mattress cover was stained. I guess if the previous people don’t leave the couch out, the couch/linens are checked/cleaned. We’ve stayed here before, but it seems the cleanliness and customer service has gotten worse.

We stayed 5 nights and signed up for every 2nd day cleaning. Never happened. Had to continually go downstairs to front desk to request towels. Take out the garbage. I specifically asked if room would be cleaned after 2nd night and the nice elderly gentleman looked it up and said we were on the schedule. We returned later that evening to an unmade room. When inquiring at front desk was told one manager called in sick and the other was in Canada. Not sure why this affected the cleaning. Some very pleasant people work there and one very snarky person. Parking was $14/day or take your risk at street parking. Parking should be included to protect their clientele.

I loved our stay. Besides the fact that my daughter has an elevator phobia so chooses to take the stairs. She didn't mind at all accept that she told me there were like 50 dead does all up n down the stairwell. Pretty grow

Room was okay. But the AC was too loud. And, the sound isolation is quite good that still can hear the noisy street in the night.
