Mauvaise expérience

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, ils n'avaient plus de chambre, ils ont donnés notre chambre un membre Mariott même si nous avions réservés depuis plus de deux semaines. Ils m'ont quand même dédommagés en m'envoyant à un autre hôtel situé à 30 minutes de celui-ci.

I would have given this hotel a 4.5 instead of a 3 but unfortunately the TV in my room did not work nor did they try to fix it. The reason had something to do with updating the receivers and a bad receiver box. I did receive a $20 credit which was nice. The overall appearance of the hotel was lovely except for the carpets. They need a good and thorough cleaning.

I read some negative reviews about the location and the neighborhood - we drove right up to the lobby to check in and drove right into the parking garage- did not feel unsafe at all! The lady who check in was super considerate- gave us a big room as we have two teenage kids with us.. she was so thoughtful that we could use more space and more comfortable. The whole place is modern and new. Kids were impressed so that made me happy that i booked there. We were for one night back to school Shopping /R&R trip. Only amenity we used was swimming pool, which was kept clean! Check out was smooth. Also parking garage gated so very safe and spacious. We will stay here again definitely!

Staff and location were very good! Only disappointment was the ice machine was broken on my floor.

Exceptional Staff!

Our stay at Everett Marriott was great! The staff is wonderful especially the bartender Nick!
