Where do I start, first the parking lot had not been salted and was very icy. The room was dark and dingy. The bed linens were stained and rough. The bathroom smelled musty, toilet barely flushed, water pressure was terrible. The floors were sticky. The heat barely worked( it was in the low 20s outside and felt about as cold inside) People all hours of the night slammed their doors and were very loud in the halls. Once we were able to fall asleep around 4am the noise started again at 530am and went on for an hour or more. The front seat was useless because it took almost 20 minutes before someone came to check us in and took even longer to check us out. There is a doorbell button to push which I did multiple times with no response and there is a number “if we stepped out please call” which just rang until it was automatically hung up. I called that number a good 5 or 6 times. The property manager lives on site and their child was running up and down the stairs. I asked if she knew where her parents were and she just ran off. I started calling out for assistance and nobody came. I went outside and finally found someone at the back of the property and she said just leave your key on the counter. I asked her for a receipt and she went into a room never to be seen again. I finally left. I called the property multiple times to ask for a refund or some sort of compensation due to the horrible experience and didn’t get an answer, imagine that. Finally I reached out to Travelocity.
