We have stayed with embassy suits before and have had no problems however this was our first time at this one. Our bathroom was COVERED in hair! When we complained at front desk they offered us a new room. Before moving our stuff to the new room we checked that room and that bathroom was also covered in hair. They needed up sending someone to clean our first room again for us. I wish I could show the pictures but I can’t attach them.

It was convenient to the pier for our cruise. Plenty of places to find a place to eat. Had to pay to park at the hotel, but that seems to be a Florida thing. The bed and pillows were comfy, but the bedding was worn with holes in the fitted sheet and couldn't get it to stay on.

Our room was not clean. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor clumped in a corner. The toilet was not properly secured down. The sofa bed when pulled out was filthy.

Lovely Hilton close to everything

We've cruised out of Ft Lauderdale many tikes but had never stayed at this hotel. What a wonderful atmosphere! Very convenient location, a very friendly transportation desk and check in was great.

We really did like the embassy, but they were working on the hot tub outside and that was kinda, but everything else was great There was. Six Of us, my husband I in one round My youngest son in another And my middle son and his wife and daughter in the third room and we had a great time Breakfast was great.We enjoyed it really?Everything was pretty good even the pool
