Great Location! Close to the Beach, Close to Dania Casio, Close to Publix Supermarkets. Close to Restaurants. Only thing is the show/sink/toilet need an upgrade. The outside area of the hotel is kind of not up to par. Don't want to automatically assume but alot of sketchy activity with guests outside the hotel during the day and night outside their rooms which makes guests with kids feel uncomfortable. But did not have issues with these individuals they seemed to mind their own business as did I.

Find another place.

The first red flag was checking in. The desk area was locked up and I had to talk with the front desk clerk through a window. She was nice. People in the lobby using the microwave-I smelled like their food. The walk to the room was grimey. No big deal they just need to powerwash the stairs and walkways. The outer room door was very shabby. Got inside and the room looked like the picture on Hotels.com. Upon closer inspection it was not in the best shape. The curtains, walls and floors had black marks everywhere. Floor was sticky dirty. I wore my flip flops anytime I had to walk. The walls were patched horribly. I feel like this room was a long term stay for a local. I felt like I was going to fall through the tub. I asked to changed rooms because of the smell but the other room smelled the same so it must have been their cleaning products. I do not recommend staying here.

The front desk person and the maintenance guy were nice, friendly and helpful. We walked into our room and the bed had a sinkhole in it; there was only 1 bath towel, the floor was dirty; no kleenex and no trash bin and the shower was dirty with the shower curtain very disqusting. So my husband went to the front desk and she said she'd move us to a remodeled room instead. We found out that the remodel really only meant the shower stall area was painted, had a clean new shower curtain and there was a refridgerator. However, they had it setting on the sink with the cork running across the sink to the plug-in. We moved it to the floor so the cord wasn't near water. This room actually had two bath towels, two hand towels and two wash cloths! Yay! But we still had no kleenex and no trash bin for garbage. I decided to use the ice bucket as the garbage can and put it on the floor in the bathroom. The place was not really remodeled and still had a very dirty floor. The housekeeping at this place is the worst. We will not be back and I don't recommend it.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The list of problems is too long to add here. In 40 years of travelling this was the only time that I left the hotel (after 1 night stay of an 8-day reservation) and found a different place to stay.

Gross and neglected Motel 6

This was the worst experience ive ever had at Motel 6. I already reserved cause it was minutes from my business trip. The room was not clean. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies to clean. The shower curtain had mildew and grime. Had to mop the floor. The ice machine did not work. No toilet paper and had daily issues getting clean towels. The staff was not at all helpful. I will never stay again at a Motel 6 a d ill tell this story to anyone that will listen
