Bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair all over the floor, no toilet paper holder, shower door would not stay put, they would roll back and they were not even clean! Beds and pillows are rock hard.

From check in to check out it was a great experience. The room was oversized, inviting and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to book a room there in the future.

No pet free options even though when I asked was told they did. Smelt like dog everywhere. Staff at desk was very rude. Won’t stay at a LaQuinta again. Most pet friendly hotels accommodate guests asking for pet free rooms. La Wuinta needs to rethink this policy.

Free, fresh cookies upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious. There were three broken elevator buttons and 1 of 2 elevators was broken. Shower door was out of its track. The place needs some cosmetic touchups
