We arrived at 630 pm to find no one greeting us at the check in desk. However after arriving she was apologetic and friendly. Then on our way to our room on the 3rd floor we found the elevator not working properly. The elevator door would close and open repeatedly. My family felt it was unsafe so we opted to taking the stairs. The stairs were filled with what looked like bits of food. After exiting the stairs we see a giant gouge in the drywall that looked as though it had been that way for a while. The room seemed fine enough, albeit in a kind of strange placement. In the morning, the elevator was still acting up, so more stairs. For breakfast we had something resembling eggs and old prewrapped muffins, served by unfriendly staff. Would not reccomend, or return.

Guests across the hall was very noisy. I don't know how big the room is, but 3 very large adults and two little kids. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Also the housekeeping could have been better

Greatly disappointed
I never like complaining so I didn’t, but I was definitely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The shower curtain had huge stains on it. Looked like blood or diarrhea. I bleached the tub before using it. Then when I got a “clean” towel, there were streaks all over it like it was dirty. Both of our double beds had sheets that were torn and one of the blankets has the stuffing falling out.

The room 305 smelled like pee. We were too tired to bother with finding another hotel and it was late. The carpet must have been completely full of it. And its not like a person cleaning it would not have noticed. Its the ONLY thing you smell when in that room. The facility overall was dingy and in need of a serious remodel.

Unfortunately our room smelled like mold and mildew. We had a total of 3 rooms and all of them the floor in the room entry and bathroom was dangerously slippery, please consider using a different floor cleaner. In one room the door jam was covered in rust. The staff was friendly and the lobby and breakfast area were nice, but the rooms themselves need some help.

Customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated in some places and room had kind of a moldy odor but not too bad. Everything was clean. It's pet friendly so perfect place for us to stay.

Only area of thought for amenities La Quinta offers is change up the breakfast entree. Sausage Biscuit and gravy 4 days in row is rough and caloric😁. Otherwise, no issues. Nice property.
