Marginal in Freeport

A marginal quality motel on the water in Freeport NY. Reasonably clean with lots of hot and very soft Freeport water in the shower. Property is a bit run down. Our king mattress was broken down in the middle causing both sides to uncomfortably tilt towards a central "canyon". Lots of TV channels, but no guide to decipher how to find your channel of interest. Room had safe and mini-fridge, but no microwave. This property has seen better days.

Nice Hideaway Stay!

Stay was very comfortable and quiet for the most part. Very clean. However though, people staying on the weekend night standing outside their room smoking cigarettes, their smoke was being sucked into my room thru the heating unit in the wall under the window to the outdoor balcony walkway. But otherwise, a good stay.

We booked rooms for our family from out of town for the holidays. They were overjoyed at the size of their rooms and the friendly staff. We are making this hotel our go to place for future get togethers. Great place!

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. We had the first room and it smells weed so bad. I didn’t feel safe surrounded with people were staying there. Everybody smoke in the hallway and so much noise in the morning. Not like I expected 👎

Not clean

The staff were good to work with, but the room was not clean. The floors were dirty. The sheets had hair on them. There were some updates done to the rooms, but the shower heads were old and broken. They cleaned the room but the rooms needed disinfected.
