"When I initially arrived I was given one of the worst rooms. Right next to reception and heavy foot traffic, which I knew would have been an issue. I went to reception and advised how I felt, and they went above and beyond to secure me a quiet room which was much needed. Because of this customer service I definitely recommend. Yes it’s a little older, but good customer service is hard to come across. Location is also great."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. A well kept hotel in and area where you are 400 meters walk to the free CAT bus stop. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The restaurant, AMAZING! Lovely staff who were attentive but not in your face and excellent food. So many great options on the menu. Highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant."

"Norfolk Hotel was a great place to stay for a solo visit to Perth and Fremantle. Super convenient to everything in Fremantle and a quick walk to the train station to Perth CBD and surrounding areas. The pub downstairs was terrific too - great bartenders and terrific food!"
