Staff very professional and friendly. An older hotel, thin walls very noisy. Smokers in room next to us so bathroom stunk. Room was clean but could use a renovation.

Unsecured WIFI notification on Apple iPhone and computer. Clerk did not provide me with Tech support so that I could refer this issue to them. Just stated network is secure – only Apple products generate not secure notification. Room 107 RCA TV did not work. Remote control very old and basic. Clerk could not get it to work and blamed it on maintenance staff that RCA TVs and remotes are very problematic. She made arrangements to transfer me to Room 105 - Samsung TV worked fine, but AC/Heater was very noisy. Had to shut if off at night so that I could get some sleep. Love the staff here. Bring your bathing suit they have a pool and it's open. No cannon balls please. Seriously, nice place, plenty of shopping and dinning but most important, a clean hotel.

I had my elderly mother with me for this stay. I booked in advance and yet it still took about 20 minutes to check in at the desk and get keys. There was an obvious issue between the two employees working. The entire place smelled like marijana. My mother was nauseous from the smell. There was mold in the bathroom and the floor felt dirty like it had not been cleaned.
