We had made a reservation ten days in advance of our trip, however due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our trip. A tad bit disappointed.
Check in was very cold and unfriendly. The receptionist was not very welcoming and did not offer any information on the hotel amenities, check out time, local recommendations, breakfast options, etc. A wet pool and towel was laying on the floor after exiting the elevator, and old food and trash was left in the trash receptacle by the elevators on floor 2. There was also food bags and trash outside a room for hours upon arrival and overnight just down the hall.
