"Very good location in city center & near train station. Lots of attractions, restaurants, cafes, beer gardens and shopping within easy walking distance. Good looking hotel. Quiet. Nice outdoor garden to relax at. Room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Very clean throughout. Good daily breakfast offering. Service was excellent; especially at reception. Nice little touches like free water in room and option to substitute a housekeeping visit for a 10 euro voucher. Overall - highly recommended. "

"Staff and facilities at Eden Hotel were excellent. Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was the most comfortable of all places we stayed at during our trip. Only drawbacks were the absence of blackout curtains and flat pillows. At least the air conditioning was working. 😅 Area around the hotel is very busy with major construction at the train station but the location is great for easy access to public transport for exploring Munich. "

"Great hotel with history. The staff is very welcoming. Everyone was great and professional especially Alex at the reception and Jeffry in the breakfast area. The quality of service is high and the breakfast is just amazing. There’s also a nice cozy spa, with a relaxing pool. (Although pool temperature could have been warmer). Location is just next to the train and metro station. Walkable distance to the best street foods and high end restaurants. Old city centre is 10 minutes away by walk. I recommend anyone visiting Munich to book this hotel."
