The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. For a fee, they conveniently arrange transportation to and from Baltar Airport, which made our trip even smoother. Additionally, they provide free clean cold/hot drinking water and coffee for guests downstairs, which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"

The host was outstanding—incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with arranging tours, cabs, and sharing great local recommendations. "Max and Lourdes were amazing hosts who couldn’t do enough to help. On booking they sent out additional information regarding tours and Santa Cruz. They were always ready to answer questions or to recommend places. They have even gone to the trouble of making videos to explain how to catch the ferry etc. which is very reassuring when you have no idea what to expect. My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Fluffy white towels in the bathrooms, daily housekeeping, daily breakfast with freshly made eggs, I didn’t need anything more. Lourdes was very helpful in booking my ferries to other islands which saved me a lot of time."
