"The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking garage was convenient and seemed safe. The room was fair the bedding was clean. The room was dusty and there were stains on the walls, also the heater/a/c unit sounded like a Peterbuilt and the tv “which is my biggest pet peeve” had no guide it was like being catapulted back into the 90’s flipping through channels hoping to find something, UTTER CRAP. "

"Very clean, feels like I stepped through a time machine back to the seventies with the red carpet and decor, but if this is original carpet they've been taking amazing care of it because it looks brand new! The rooms were very very clean which was the most important to me, and this is probably the cleanest I've ever seen a hotel that is this old. The staff is amazing they're very nice, had an issue and double booked it by accident throughhotels.com, and the front desk guy in the evening was very helpful he spoke to dallas.com for me and walked me through how to correct it."
