Booked this last minute and boy did it turn out amazing. 20 second walk to the water, free kayaks, cute rooms. Beautiful old buildings that are well maintained, had a very south Florida vibe.

It was a last minute decision to stay here. We’re glad we did. The room was very small, but it was only for one night. The location was wonderful. The office staff was great - extremely friendly and very helpful.

Older cottages, but very good condition and location that is walkable to great restaurants. If weather was better, could have enjoyed included kayaks as our unit led to docks.

Very cute and pleasant stay

The cottages are very cute and cozy. The king bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is small but nicely remodeled. The toilet and sink is very low so tall people take note. Nice water view outside the cottages. Very cute. They have free kayaks which is a plus! Nice stay!!

Will stay again. It was very quiet. Easy to get to places for shopping and eating. Weather wasn’t the best so didn’t get to take advantage of the beauty beach and kayaks. Very comfortable king size bed.

The real good experience in the Keys.

Overall review are amazing, I found this hotel in the morning & able to check in at the afternoon, and the price still way cheaper than other places in the entire keys. I like the cottage style room, spacious enough for 2 queens bed and a bathroom. The room & bathroom are clean & neat, all the facilities work well, the front office were friendly & helpful. We parked right in the front of our room. The best part is it has a private beach with the dock. Very neat and beyond our expectations. This is not a luxury hotel but definitely cozy tropical style hotel. For the breakfast, the restaurants next to the hotel offered everything we always want for the good breakfast, fair price, cozy space & friendly people. I will definitely will go back there.

Pelican is a very nice spot nice little beach with free kayaks. Rooms are nice and the property is awesome. Lots of restaurants close by.

We stayed in one of the cottages right on the water. A beautiful location, we were able to walk right outside and fish and watch the sunset. The kids all loved the hammock! We had lots of room with the two beds and a pull out couch. Nice to have the kitchenette!

Great location on the. Bay with docks & beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room I stay in was very small but a fair price and totally adequate for what I needed. I would stay here again.
