Place is very out dated, constant problems with room keys not working, nobody at the front desk, no elevator, carpets were dirty

The microwave was broken on the turning apparatus (missing a wheel). One of the lamps didn’t work. The refrigerator was set to the highest cold setting, and one of my beverages froze. Hot tub was not open by 15:40, despite it saying it is open from 3pm-10pm.

We were looking for a cheap place to stay that is walking distance from the lifts, and this place served that purpose well. It is not a 5 star resort, and is not trying to be, so do not expect that. Overall, room was clean, but the linens (sheets and towels) were questionable, so I would recommend bringing your own. Hot tub area was very nice/new, and a great perk. Also, they had a water cooler in the lobby that always full, which was nice.

The rooms were old and beat up. Holes in the walls. The staff was extremely rude when we checked in and when we asked for a late check out which they would not give us. Definitely not a great stay for the costs.
