The whole building smelled horrible. When entering the room the smell was really bad, the bathroom door had a whole. I had to buy smell scents to somehow make the room smell decent but didn’t work. I highly do not recommend this place if you’re looking to spend a few nights in Lafayette. It was just horrible!

This place looks good from the outside, but it smells terrible inside. And when I got to my room it was so bad I didn’t even want to sit down anywhere. They said the clean every two weeks. It was very clear this was the case. The deadbolt didn’t lock, and I called and they said they couldn’t do anything until the next day. I was traveling alone, and am a woman so that wasn’t something I was willing to stay and wait for. I got there around 12:30 am traveling from Texas, and had to find another hotel on a whim. I would recommend looking for other accommodations if you are considering this place, it’s cheap I get that, but the condition of the room was crazy. The shower was really gross, also. Luckily they did offer me a refund, which I very much appreciate. It didn’t credit while I was there and had to pay for another hotel so it was just not a great start to this experience.

When I came in the lobby I could just smell the scent of cigarettes. Furthermore, we waited for from to be ready at 3 pm once we checked in we started walking up the stairs cause the elevator wasn’t working. We then proceeded to go to our room, when we arrived to our room it wasn’t even ready. Once this happened we went back to the lobby were we found a man screaming and threatening everyone there that he was going also everyone and arguing with the guest.

A very enjoyable stay. Quiet and very safe. The common areas were cleaned daily and the staff was very polite, friendly and accommodating. During our two week stay, they did two security checks on our door locks.
