The place was perfect for our quick get away. The staff was very friendly. Went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday this morning, as well as a happy anniversary to another couple married for 59 years. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was in the perfect spot walking to the sites we wanted to see.

Absolutely loved this Hotel. New so everything was nice. Pool was awesome and they had a good breakfast. Right next to The London Bridge section of Lake Havasu.

Broken air conditioning in 44 degree heat
Assigned room had broken air conditioning that the hotel knew about a few days before. Despite this it took some time and effort to convince them to move us, which after the maintenance man was unable to fix the known broken air con, they finally did. To an inferior room category than what we paid for, and we had to move our own bags. No refund of the balance was possible apparently despite them being unable to offer the paid for room category and already on notice that the air conditioning for the room was not working- it was 44 degrees c outside! We were unlucky and could have had a different experience, but they need to be less greedy with the room sales and compensate when they mess up and inconvenience guests.
