It took a while for them to find my reservation. I was not in their system and they said it was technical that happens between you and the hotel. The saving grave was they were very nice about it. I was nervous though until it got resolved

one night stay - MLK weekend

we booked a London Bridge view. we got the only room where a palm tree was blocking the view. we asked for another room... we were offered a room not facing the London Bridge. Bummer, so we kept the room. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion provided in the room. We had no bath wash, asked for a refill and was told they will fill it tomorrow, so we washed with the shampoo. we also got the free travel toothbrushes and toothpaste, when we asked at the front desk. Fee Breakfast was really good. And the English village is 50 ft from the front.. When we left they decided to repaint the parking lot.. one way in and one way out and we had to wait for the painter to move the cones so we could get out.. We love Holiday Inn, we will stay here again. Just don't get room 319.. Also ice is only on 4th floor.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the London Bridge. My room faced the bridge which was a beautiful display of Christmas lights. Walking distance to the fun and shopping.
