Room was on third floor and the elevator was broken. Was told by what i assume was the night supervisor.. "dont worry the stairs are not that steep". Requested a non smoking room and entire floor smelled like weed as soon as you enter. Grout in shower was moldy and the only option for temperature in the room was the room fan air

This hotel has really downgraded. It used to be very nice. Not anymore, i hate to say it but i wouldn't recommend nor rent here again. The hallways smelt funky, elevator was out of service, the sofabed mattress had yellow stains, the toilet seat was partially falling off, the hot tub in the bedroom has stains at the drain, and lastly the breakfast was worse than terrible. The scrambled eggs were sitting in a puddle of water (likely steam I'm asuming) the sausge wasn't fully cooked, no sugar for tge coffee.

When I first checked in and went to my room, there were 2 people changing the sheets that did not look like housekeeping staff and they tried to have me wait in the hall, but i went to get a different room instead, as i didnt have time to wait. The elevator and upper floor smelled like weed and the lobby smelled like cigarettes. There were multiple dirty things in the room and the cleaner in the bathroom smelled disgusting and made the floor feel slimy. The bed was uncomfortable and i could feel the springs and hear them when I moved around in the bed. There was not a bettery in the smoke detector and I could hear another smoke detector beeping.

If you have trouble sleeping with light beaming in your window, don't stay here. They have fake curtains that don't close, no blackout curtain; facing the street get all night lighting in your window
